What will we provide?- As a small guild which doesn't over-recruit, you can expect to take part in the majority of our raids.
- Dedicated and experienced leadership.
- Professional, focused raids.
- Continuous effort towards steady progression through raid instances.
- Friendly atmosphere.
What do you need to (or must not) provide?Carefully read our
guild rules.
In general terms we are looking for players who are competitive and mature in their approach to the game. We are looking for people who learn quickly, do not repeat the same mistakes over again, and are able to grasp new encounters well.
PvE should be your number one priority, and while some people in the guild enjoy PvPing on a regular basis, your gear and talent choices should be focused around maximizing your raiding performance.
Cookie cutter builds exist for a reason, and if you deviate from them you need to be ready to explain why the diferent talent choice (math and WWS logs go a long way to help that).
You should be a mature player. In order to make a guideline for this, we require that you are at least 18 years old.
Do not apply if:
- You whine about wipes;
- You tend to show up 15 mins after raid start;
- You cant hadle raiding 3-4 days per week on new content;
- You cant handle harsh criticism;
- You tend to make the same mistakes over and over;
- You have ebayed a decked out char;
- You think your going to quit within the next 5 months;
- You won't join raids to places where you feel you don't need/want loot if the guild needs you there.
Once you have decided that you can live with the all of the above, you should make a new thread in the
recruitment forum.
Copy the template available in
Template and make a new topic, answering the most thoroughly possible.
And remember, this is your first chance to impress us as a guild, and to show us how well you know the game/your class. Spent some time making the application and don t rush through it. That includes the spelling in the application, leet writing doesn t impress us. A well made application is already half of the way towards getting a trial membership!
What happens next?After your application has been submitted, you will get a reply from one of the officers within 2 days. If you are approved, you will be added to the guild as a trial member for a period of at least 2 weeks time.
If your trial membership has been accepted you will be evaluated by our officers. After a minimum of 2 weeks, it will be decided by vote whether you will be promoted to full member or not.
During the trial membership you will have access to the member section of our forums and to our raids. Once you have access to our forums, read carefully the guild loot/ranking rules. Those on the general section of forum are abbreviated, so you better know the full rules before getting accepted as full member. You will however not be able to win any items during the raids. On the contrary, you will be building up DKP points which can be used once your membership has been accepted.
